Please take the time to check out our terms and conditions before making a purchase online. Your purchase is final.
We may change the Terms and Conditions at any time. If we do so, an amended version will be posted on the Website. Your continued use of the Website after any changes are made to the Terms and Conditions will be deemed to constitute your acceptance of those changes. If you object to any changes, you must discontinue your use of the Website. You are responsible for keeping up to date with any changes by regularly reviewing the Terms and Conditions.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
We offer free shipping New Zealand wide on non-sale items (postage at extra cost on non-sale items). We ship Tuesday and Thursdays so items will be sent once final payment has been made and cleared or garment has been completed. Most items are delivered in 1-2 business days, rural addresses may take longer. All items are tracked and we hold onto them incase items need to be tracked once they have left our care.
If you are unhappy with an item you received, a credit to the value of the purchase will be provided for any garments returned to our warehouse, unopened in their original packaging and within two weeks of the original purchase. Shipping expenses, in both directions, are non refundable.
If the goods you receive are faulty, we will replace those goods if they are returned to our warehouse within 14 days of purchase. Reimbursement for shipping expenses will be up to the value of the original quoted shipping cost.
After 14 days returns and refunds are subject to the managers discretion.
Sale items are only available at the sale price for the duration of the sale period. Items from the sale section are deemed as final and cannot be refunded or exchanged.
Information below is not applicable to sale items – these are deemed final.
We do not offer a refund policy unless the original item(s) is out of stock. If you change your mind about the item you purchase we can offer you an exchange for something else or issue you an online credit.
The privacy of your customer data, orders and credit cards are important to us. We will not disclose or sell your customer data to any third party. We will only send you email newsletters if you explicitly opt in.
Credit card details are not stored anywhere on our servers nor in our premises. Your credit card details are processed in real time by an independent payment gateway authorised by our bank, using secure encryption. Please see http://www.paypal.com for more details.
Please note that when you agree to our layby option you will be agreeing to the terms as detailed below.
The customer pays an initial non refundable retainer of 20% of the total purchase.
The items remain the property of Futura Dezynz Clothing until such time as the items are paid in full.
The final payment is to be paid within 6 weeks of placing the items on layby, unless prior arrangements have been agreed by both parties which will be detailed in full in the order.
The retainer is non-refundable however you have 2 weeks from the time of placing order to cancel for a refund of any payments made minus the initial 20% deposit.
If the customer does not conform to condition 3 and condition 4 is not applicable, they will then lose their initial payment and the items will be placed back on sale.
If your garment is made to order and you choose to cancel after the two week grace period, you will forfeit ALL payments made
